Ex-NFL pro Matt Kalil sues ex-wife Haley for saying his penis size ended their marriage

Some divorces end quietly. Others end with a therapist, a lawyer -- and, apparently, Twitch.
Former NFL lineman Matt Kalil has filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, influencer Haley Baylee, after remarks she made during a livestream went viral for obvious reasons.
During a November 2025 appearance on Twitch, Baylee discussed her 2022 divorce from Kalil and claimed that his anatomy was “the biggest factor” in the marriage breaking down. The clip spread fast -- and now it has made its way into a courtroom.
According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Kalil says the comments were degrading, deeply personal and resulted in an avalanche of unwanted attention.
He claims the fallout didn’t stop with him -- family members were affected, and his current wife, Keilani Asmus, allegedly received what the filing describes as “disturbing” and “alarming” messages.
Kalil, 36, is suing Baylee, 33, for invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment, arguing that the viral moment drove traffic and financial benefit her way. The damages sought exceed $75,000.
Baylee, for her part, says the lawsuit came as a shock. In a statement to Page Six, she insisted the livestream has been taken out of context.
“The truth is in the original livestream -- which is still live on Marlon’s YouTube account,” she said, noting that she spoke positively about Kalil in multiple ways. “I am genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt. Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience.”
Baylee also argued that the focus on one viral fragment ignores the broader conversation, which she says covered the love they shared, their growth as a couple and the emotional depth of their relationship.
“It’s unfortunate that only one fragment is being amplified,” she said. “I hope our hour-and-a-half-long conversation reflects more than a funny soundbite.”
The former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model began dating Kalil after he was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 2012. They married in Hawaii in 2015 and divorced seven years later, citing irreconcilable differences.
And because we are apparently living in a late-capitalism parody, there’s one more twist: Kalil has since been offered $300,000 by adult webcam platform CamSoda to front a campaign cheekily titled “Big Confidence,” celebrating men who can “own their story” and turn viral moments into empowerment.
Divorce is painful. The internet is merciless. And somewhere between the two lies this very 2026-coded story -- one part oversharing, one part lawsuit, and one part reminder that not every conversation needs to be livestreamed.
His second wife takes it like a champ!
