He’s an endomorph body type, so for him to get into Star-Lord ripped shape in the first movie was a lot of hard work and dedication and starving himself, which is miserable, especially for a guy like him who enjoys food, especially pastries and baked goods that his first wife used to make for him all the time. So this isn’t bad at all. He didn’t let himself go completely and can bounce back more easily for a movie role. Dude is obviously on vacation, so just let him be. Dad bods can be sexy too.
