Thinking about the current state of the world can lead us toward the latter - becoming stressed out and anxious - especially since we don't know exactly when things will get back to normal. . My advice? . Do your best to live in the present moment rather than living in the future and thinking about all of the "what ifs". . Accept reality exactly how it is, without any judgment, and focus on the things that are in your control. .
