Got the dumbbells of Craigslist and bands from target (I’d recommend getting a set that anchors into a door). If we may be locked down for 3-4+ weeks grab a little equipment 👊🏼 What else you guys wanna see? Band only? Dumbbell only? Household item only? 😂 lemme know. Wearing the new shorts and hat from the Steve Cook x Gymshark line dropping tomorrow 12 pm PST 🔥 🦈 - 1. Incline DB Bench (couch cushions to create incline) x Band Fly - 5x12-15 2. Single Dumbbell Row (12 each) x Seated Band Row (12-15) - 5 sets 3. Band Curls x Dumbbell Overhead Extension x Band Lateral Raise - 5x12-15 - With the bands you can really make them as difficult as you need to, add more, add pauses, slow tempo, etc. they’ll get ya workin 👀 Don’t let it being an at home workout be an excuse for it to be a shitty one. It’s all mindset.
