Working out at home with Alex Crockford

HOME CHEST DAY 💪⁣ NO EQUIPMENT! ⁣ 10 MINUTES!⁣ ⁣ Building muscle at home is not impossible, and if you’re worried about keeping all your hard work from the gym in this period, then make sure you regularly check back in with my muscle building home workouts! ⁣ ⁣ This workout will leave you believing pushups is all you need! 👊⁣ ⁣ Set a timer for 20s work / 20s rest and move through this circuit for 3 sets non stop! ⁣ ⁣ Push up side step ⁣ Decline push-up ⁣ Incline push-up ⁣ Hand release push-up ⁣ Spider-Man push-up ⁣ ⁣ The exercises without the chair can all be done on your knees too! But don’t drop until you hit failure! Dumbbell PULL Workout (Back & Biceps)⁣ 15 Minutes! ⁣ ⁣ So, dumbbell week has begun for me, starting with this workout to build muscle in your back! Try it with these timings and it will be super intense for the amount of time it takes! 🔥💪⁣ ⁣ 40 seconds work ⁣ 20 seconds rest ⁣ ⁣ Circuit: ⁣ Bent over row ⁣ Single arm row ⁣ Single arm row other arm⁣ Bent over rear fly ⁣ Bicep curl ⁣ X 3 non stop ⁣ ⁣ You can increase the sets for more volume if you like! ⁣ ⁣ 💪 If you don’t have dumbbells, could you use heavy items at home?⁣ ⁣ 💪 If you only have one set of dumbbells that is fine, however some exercises require heavier / lighter weights. ⁣ ⁣ 💪 It’s ideal if you have a heavier and a lighter weight.
