View this post on Instagram Full push workout to ambush your upper body 😉 See what I did there. In a slight deficit so the weights are feeling a tad heavy but we still get it done. Give this one a go, and make sure to hit it twice per week! ________ 1. DB Fly to Press 3x12 2. Bench Press 3x5 3. Landmine Press 3x12 (first video) 4. KB Lateral Raise 5x12 5. Overhead Tricep Extension 5x12 ________ BONUS TIP: I always like to do some shoulder mobility work of band pullaparts, band dislocations, light dynamic stretching of my chest, and some static stretching of my traps. It helps engage the muscles that need to be worked and loosen the tight ones A post shared by CHRISTIAN POULOS (@christianpoulos) on Feb 13, 2020 at 7:23am PST
View this post on Instagram Quick Ab Work💪🏽💪🏽 Like/Comment/Save/Share!!! Trailing the end of my bulking season and I’ve managed to maintain some sense of an abdominal. While not as motivating, training abs on a bulk is important as that’s when the muscle has nutrients to actually grow. Abs are made visible in the kitchen, but sculpted in the gym. 1️⃣ Hanging Pike 3x12 2️⃣ Cable Crunch 3x15 3️⃣ Dip Bar Oblique Crunch 3x12 I usually do something like this at the end of leg days (2x per week). Abs are just like any other muscle. Train them! A post shared by CHRISTIAN POULOS (@christianpoulos) on Jan 10, 2020 at 7:13am PST
