20 Minute AMRAP πŸ”₯ ⁣ ⁣ So, As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of:⁣ ⁣ 10 medicine ball slams ⁣ 10 burpees ⁣ 20 lunge jumps (10 each leg)⁣ 20 butterfly sit ups ⁣ 300m run ⁣ ⁣ I did a nice 4 and a half rounds.
