Hit legs today in my fresh @fitletix_clothing tee. Get you some money off with AUSTINFIT . Stayed away from heavy squats today and just hit some front squats @185x3x8. Knees actually felt great without my sleeves on. Been working them back to 100% over the past couple of years. They have their ups and downs, but have been feeling great lately. Making sure to take deload days for the legs, giving them some quality rest💤 . Fingers crossed this video posts clear - if not, don’t blame me 😂
