Straight Bar Cable Curl - 4x10-12 6. Single Arm Reverse Cable Curl - 4x15 each arm - So I’ve already been relying way too much on caffeine so I’m doing a little cleanse at the moment, on day 3 and things are kinda rough 👀 Typically when I cut caffeine I also do a sort of deload from the gym at the same time. To give my body a break but also because mentally I rely on caffeine for a good workout. This is why I’ve been less active recently.
