View this post on Instagram I was absolutely toasted after morning Jits today so did a mini functional day, try it out 🤙🏼 - 1. Clean to Pendlay Row - 4x10 2. Barbell Thruster - 4x10 3. Single Kettlebell Snatch - 4x10 each side 4. Kettlebell Lunge to Press - 4x10 each side - For the lunges to press you’ll end up doing 10 lunges per leg and 10 presses for each set. The first video here is the barbell thruster, all others are in order.
