View this post on Instagram Do you know how hard it is for me to post this photo? - When I’m in a calorie surplus (or eating what I want, respectively), the definition starts to disappear. All of my social media life I have tried to create “the most perfect photo,” to the point that it’s hard to post anything where I look, what I would consider, my normal body. I’ll always have the photoshoots for my brand to show off my body gains and try to create the best photo possible. One of my goals now is to be real with you guys, an authentic person. #realme - #friday #fitness #abs #fitness #aesthetics #exercise #fitlifestyle #bodybuilding #fitspo #menshealth #shredded #gymlife #arms #chest #cardio #bodygoals #core #nutrition #mensfitnesss #getfit #gymmotivation #sixpack A post shared by Todd Sanfield (@toddsanfield1) on Apr 20, 2019 at 6:57am PDT
