Page Six: Jenna Jameson shares before-and-after shots of her butt as she continues keto

Jenna Jameson can’t get enough of her transformation.
After giving birth to daughter Batel, nearly 2, Jameson began her keto diet journey to lose weight and transform her body. On Monday, the 40-year-old star showed off more results of her hard work, sharing a before-and-after picture of her backside now looking toned and taut.
“I cannot stress enough the importance of taking ‘before pics’ 👏🏻 I HATED SEEING THESE PICTURES UNTIL I STARTED SEEING PROGRESS!” Jameson wrote in the caption. “So if you are beginning your journey or even thinking about #keto please take my advice and take jumping off pictures!!!!”
Jameson then recommended cleaning out “garbage processed foods” and informing “your family that the household is building healthy bodies.”
The former erotic model also has been combining intermittent fasting with her keto diet. She’s no longer trying to lose weight now that she’s reached her goal, so she’s in maintenance mode.
Registered dietitians and celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels have slammed Jameson’s keto diet, claiming it’s not sustainable.
“Your cells, your macromolecules, are literally made up of protein, fat, carbohydrates, nucleic acids,” Michaels explained. “When you do not eat one of the three macronutrients — those three things I just mentioned — you’re starving yourselves.”
Registered dietitian Brigitte Zeitlin also warned Page Six that the keto diet should not be followed because it’s “not sustainable for long periods of time.” (Via Page Six)
