Wide Neutral Grip Pulldown (8-10) x Rope Straight Arm Pulldown (10-12) - 4 sets 2. Single Arm Dumbbell Row - 4x10 each arm 3. Hammer Strength High Row - 4x10-12 4. Incline Bench Cable Pulldown - 4x12-15 5. Incline EZ Bar Skull Crusher - 4x10-12 6. Straight Bar Press Down - 4x12-15 7. Single Cross Body Cable Extension - 3x15 each arm - The first video here is number 4 above, make sure to get a full stretch... I also kept a slower tempo and added a slight pause at full contraction.
