This cat has really good taste in owners!

Little known fact about my cat @barcelonaboots she is in a way my accountability partner for my morning meditation. I’ve been meditating for 3 years now and have had Barcelona for about 2.5 years. She pretty quickly began joining me on my morning meditations for about ten minutes at a time but for the last year or so she has been hanging for the entire 20 minutes. If I ever skip my that meditation or don’t do it first thing in the morning she will let me know with an onslaught of meows. I can only assume that the plethora of mental and physical benefits that come from daily meditation are transferable to animals as well, either way it kind of cracks me up that she will be like “yo boss we need to meditate today” personally I practice a form of Vedic meditation taught by @zivameditation and I have many friends who’ve experienced lots of benefits from headspace.
