A Florida man with a previous indecent exposure conviction is back behind bars after deputies say he was spotted wearing only a teal G-string and white sneakers outside a Target in Oviedo.

According to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the store after a woman leaving Target reported seeing 41-year-old Nicholas Lydic standing outside his vehicle and allegedly masturbating in the parking lot.

Lydic told deputies he was simply changing his clothes because they had gotten wet. A search of his vehicle turned up women’s underwear and sex toys, authorities said.

It apparently wasn't his first such encounter with the law: Lydic was convicted of indecent exposure stemming from a separate incident last year in Volusia County.

He was arrested at the scene and taken to jail on an indecent exposure charge.
